Who is REALLY tearing apart our rights?
I am a writer and I love to write. My favorite thing to write it television dramas. Crazy, I know. But read this plot outline and tell me what you think. :)(: Characters: Jessica Cole Dillon Vanessa “Powder” The show is about five teenagers who share an art class together and who are assigned seats at the same table. They already sort of know each other a bit, but throughout the season, they become really good friends. Jessica and Cole are the hotties who can have whoever they want, very outgoing. Jessica made a mistake and got pregnant but is taking care of her child, still going to school, and planning on college. Vanessa is the quiet one, who is beautiful, smart, and funny, but often her beauty is overlooked. Dillon is very outgoing, and also very closed off, he has the bad boy image going on. Powder is the strange one, who makes us laugh, and has a non-datable image. Season Overview: Jessica joins a cult and becomes addicted to cocaine. She meets a guy named Michael in the cult who cares about her and tries helping her quit. Dillon, who already has a small problem with alcohol, gets drunk one night and violates his girlfriend, giving her a few bruises. He feels terrible and is truly sorry, even waiting for her to heal so she can forgive him, which she tries to do. When Dillon has no one left to talk to, he turns to Vanessa, who is very compassionate and consoling. He begins to like her, even while he is trying to fix things with his girlfriend, and she starts liking him back. For a while she is scared to be with him, but by the end of the season, she allows herself to feel for him. They might become the couple that make the show. Powder has a crush on a beautiful girl at school. She finally falls for him, but her crazy ex-boyfriend is upset with the match and begins threatening her with kidnapping and rape. Cole is having trouble with a girl, Sara, who keeps hitting on him and sabotaging his relationship with his girlfriend. When he feels he and his girlfriend are growing apart, he talks to Sara about it and finds he’s starting to like her. He begins to go through the whole love triangle. Then the season ends with a dramatic hostage crisis. © 2008 I do realize that most of this stuff has already been done. But most of the people that will be watching this will be younger, so it will be new to them.
Sorry....but no. Major "already been done" vibes.
No. Among other things, you're trying to put a positive spin on rape as well as making a drug-addicted teen mom who joins a cult into a positive figure? No way. Maybe if the rapist dies a slow and painful death and takes the crack ho teen mommy with him it might work. Make it into a combination of horror and a cautionary tale.
| Each formed person should love and understand art – the literature, painting, music, cinema. There are people who equally love books, musik , pictures, an opera, films etc. I cannot tell that I concern different displays of art equally ardently. At present priority for me is cinema. The cinema is a surprising art. The cinema is likely the lung for perception and the understanding, the most accessible art. The cinema is a fast art. If to read the book, week film viewing occupies a maximum of hour three is necessary to the average person a minimum. |
