United States Secret Service has launched a major security review after a couple of aspiring reality television stars managed to gatecrash Barack Obama's White House state dinner for the Indian prime minister. Former White House staff said the couple could face jail as lying to federal officials constitutes a felony. The Secret Service should be reprimanded and totally ashamed for what happened. It does not matter if you like the President or not, the secret service did not do their job.~ The gatecrashers should face charges for trespassing and lying. I do not care how rich and famous they are.~

What is even more interesting is that had she not posted pics on face book and my space the SS wouldn't have caught it! I don't care what they may say that is how they were busted. The SS was obviously slack on their job, and you can bet someone will be canned over it, and they should. I don't think the people should be charged with a felony as it is a government building and we the people should have access to what we pay for.!Yet the country has accepted that the President is some sort elite celebrity. As I think a state dinner which is paid for with our tax dollars should be open t the tax payer! As if that were the case a lot of the bs spending would cease! A true leader doesn't throw lavish parties and travel the globe while his people are going through a depression!
What I am more concerned about is Obama's racist double standard whereby when a black man is observed breaking into a house and the Police are called; Obama refers to the Police response as " acting stupidly " BUT.......when a white man and woman walk into a White House Dinner and the Secret Service fail to respond......Obama says nothing. I guess Obama is very concerned when a black man is observed & reported for breaking into a house but Obama is completely unconcerned when a white couple is not observed or reported for walking uninvited into a White House Dinner.

There are people who equally love books, musik , pictures, an opera, films etc. I cannot tell that I concern different displays of art equally ardently. At present priority for me is cinema. The cinema is a surprising art. The cinema is likely the lung for perception and the understanding, the most accessible art. The cinema is a fast art. If to read the book, week film viewing occupies a maximum of hour three is necessary to the average person a minimum. |
